FK International School
FK International School is a special place where students learn and grow. It was started in 1997 and is an international school in Dar es Salaam. Three hundred students from over 20 countries make it a diverse and exciting place. The school aims to give students a top-notch British-style education in a safe and caring environment so that each student can do their best.
The school has a long history and two campuses, Africana and Bahari Beach, both at Mbezi Beach. It used the National Curriculum when it began, but in 2013, it changed to the British Curriculum (Cambridge). This switch helped the school grow, especially in the Primary and Secondary sections. FK International School is doing well academically, with students improving in exams and other tests. Besides studying, the school is also great at sports like Football and Swimming.
FK International School has an excellent curriculum. The things students learn are flexible, challenging, and enjoyable. It's a mix of different cultures and ideas from around the world. Moreover, the teachers at FK International School are experienced and know a lot about teaching the Cambridge Curriculum. The school also has modern classrooms, a big swimming pool, tennis and volleyball courts, a large football field, and Wi-Fi.
FK International School is open to all students, regardless of where they come from or their beliefs. The school wants everyone to have a chance, so students undergo an interview and assessment process. This helps figure out which class is best for each student. FK International School is a welcoming place for students who want to learn and have a great time doing it!
