Funafuti Conservation Area

The Funafuti Conservation Area, also known as the Kogatapu Conservation Area, is a significant marine conservation area that spans the western side of Tuvalu's capital atoll, Funafuti. Nonetheless, with continued preservation and conservation, the Funafuti Conservation Region has shown considerable dividends, with animal numbers increasing over time and fish that were formerly fished out of the area now being spotted again.
