Vaitupu

The nation of Tuvalu's biggest atoll is Vaitupu. It's at 7.48 degrees south latitude and 178.83 degrees west longitude. The principal settlement, Asau, has a population of 1,061 people living on 5.6 square kilometers (2.2 square miles). Many visitors consider this to be one of the Best Diving Sites in Tuvalu.

The island Vaitupu, which spans 5.6 square kilometers (2 square miles), is home to wetlands, mangroves, a bordering coral reef, and a big lagoon perfect for diving. The island, surrounded by water and rocky cliffs, will be a great place for tourists who love diving. Down in the pit, there are a variety of unusual rock formations, including some massive stalactites and stalagmites.

Sharks come in a variety of shapes and sizes, including blacktip tigers, nurse sharks, and bull sharks. In the shallower areas, you could encounter elkhorn and brain coral, but this isn't your standard coral reef dive. The mood has changed. It has been described as "gothic." It's deep and silent. While skilled scuba divers may locate all sorts of amazing formations and landscape features in the depths between 110 and 270 feet, it is a unique dive.
