Grand Theft Auto V
Grand Theft Auto V is an action-adventure video game released in 2013 by Rockstar North and Rockstar Games. After Grand Theft Auto IV, it is the fifth installment in the Grand Theft Auto series (2008). The single-player mode's plot revolves around three main characters: retired bank robber Michael De Santa, street gangster Franklin Clinton, salesman Opium, and arms smuggler Trevor Philips, as well as the heists they carried out under pressure from a government agency and other criminals. The open-world design allows the player to freely explore both the San Andreas countryside and the fictional city of Los Santos (based on Los Angeles).
Players in Grand Theft Auto V can walk or drive vehicles to move around the game using the third or first-person perspective. In single-player mode, the player controls and can switch between the three main characters, regardless of whether they are on a mission. The plot revolves around heist missions, with driving and shooting gameplay featured in many missions. The "wanted" system will make decisions about how law enforcement will respond to the player's actions. Grand Theft Auto Online, the online multiplayer mode of Grand Theft Auto V, allows 30 players to participate in a variety of cooperative and competitive missions. The player embarks on a quest consisting of linear situations with a predetermined goal to advance the plot of the game. When not on a mission, the player can freely explore the open world in the game, including two areas, the countryside of San Andreas, including Blaine County, and the city of Los Santos.
