Great Weather

Morocco's weather is often pleasant throughout the year. The country's varied geography, which includes a coast on the west, the Rif Mountains in the north, the Atlas Mountains in the center, and the Sahara Desert to the south and east, produces a range of weather, making it a desirable travel destination all year long. This is one of the reasons to visit Morocco.

In Morocco, during the winter, days are bright and sunny, while nights are chilly and crisp, with average highs in the teens. In the spring months of March, April, May, and June, the temperature gradually rises to the low to high twenties during the day and to warmer temperatures at night. While it is undeniably hot in July and August, with inland temperatures reaching 46 degrees Celsius, the heat is dry, and the humidity is unusual. The coast is a terrific place to go at this time of year, even though southern Morocco, especially Marrakech and Fez, may be very hot. The weather is ideal for a leisurely beach day, with highs and lows in the 20s and 30s.
