Gregory Lake

A small reservoir called Lake Gregory is located in Nuwara Eliya. Tourists frequently go there to relax and engage in fun activities. In 1873, during the British era, Sir William Gregory's name was given to the lake. Hired boats are available for tourists to use while they navigate the lake. This lake is the ideal location for a picnic, and visitors can rent bicycles to explore the lake. April is the ideal month to explore this lake.

Rent some small boats and cruise the lake that way, or use a speedboat to get across it quickly. Additionally, visitors can ride bicycles or ponies around the lake. Since Lake Gregory was rebuilt, it has been transformed into a lake park that offers a variety of recreational opportunities. Visitors to this location have access to a variety of entertaining watersports, including jet skiing, windsurfing, swan-shaped paddle boats, water walking balls, windsurfing, regular boat rides, and pony rides.
