Haldiram's is a famous brand of Indian snacks and sweets, with a history of over 80 years. Haldiram's was founded in 1937 by Ganga Bishan Agarwal, also known as Haldiram Ji, in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
He started with a small shop selling namkeens, or savory snacks, such as bhujia, a crispy fried snack made from gram flour and spices. Haldiram's expanded its business to other cities like Kolkata, Jaipur, and Delhi, and introduced new products like potato chips, cookies, frozen foods, and ready-to-eat meals.
