Haldiram's is a famous brand of Indian snacks and sweets, with a history of over 80 years. Haldiram's was founded in 1937 by Ganga Bishan Agarwal, also known as Haldiram Ji, in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

He started with a small shop selling namkeens, or savory snacks, such as bhujia, a crispy fried snack made from gram flour and spices.
