Since 1894, Havergal has welcomed boarding students (Grades 9–12) into the community. While they come from roughly 20 different countries, Boarders share many characteristics, including a desire to obtain a great education, an openness to new situations and activities, and a talent for hard work and good fun.
Students at Havergal Boarding School continue to study and grow outside of the classroom. Students may take full advantage of the opportunities that living in a culturally rich city like Toronto has to offer, thanks to the Boarding Program. Many trips to local tourist destinations and programs coordinated by Boarding staff and student leaders are included.
