Hengam Island Beach
Hengam Island is located in Hormuzgan Province, on the southern part of Qeshm Island. This Island's crystal pure water makes it simple to see amazing and colorful fish in the water. Furthermore, Silver Beach is one of the most remarkable spots in Hengam. Because of the presence of brilliant minerals, the sands on this beach are gleaming. It is worth noting that, at certain seasons of the year, the water lights blue at night due to phytoplanktons living in the sands.
Hengam Island is home to some unique creatures, which is great news for anyone who care about animals and the environment. Chinkara is a kind of Persian gazelle found only in Iran. You can try to see them, but they are really shy! Uromastyx aegyptia, a type of lizard, is another animal that can be found on Hengam Island. Another species that can be found there is the hawksbill sea turtle. Don't forget about the crabs! On the island, there are a lot of them.
Hengam Bazaar has a lot of fascinating stuff to buy. Shells and scallops are used to make stunning braces, necklaces, and other accessories. There are also local oils and spices. Don't forget to pick up some handicrafts as gifts for your loved ones.
