HiteJinro
HiteJinro Co., Ltd., a South Korean multinational beverage, brewing, and distiller firm, was established in 1924 (Korean: ; Hanja: ; Korean pronunciation: [tilo]). More over half of soju's domestic sales are produced there, making it the beverage's top producer globally. In addition, it produces whiskey and a range of other alcoholic drinks. There are distilleries at Icheon, Cheongwon, and Masan, with the Masan facility focusing on exports. Moreover, a facility in Cheongwon is where Jinro makes the Soksu brand of bottled water. The business was purchased by Hite, a well-known beverage manufacturer whose primary offering is beer, in 2006.
The most well-liked alcoholic beverage in the world, Chamisul, is the brand name for Jinro soju. They use temperature-sensitive paper on their bottle labels as part of their marketing plan. The soju is ready to drink when a tab in the form of an Asiatic Toad, the company's emblem, turns from white to blue depending on how warm or cold the bottle is. After sales of 73.8 million 9-liter bottles in 2015, Jinro has been awarded the world's best-selling spirit in the Millionaires' Club 2016.
HiteJinro's market valuation was $1.22 billion as of March 2023. By market cap, HiteJinro is now the 4394th most valuable corporation in the world. The most recent financial reports from HiteJinro show that the company's current revenue (TTM) is $1.89 B.
