According to a study, rosemary tea can help relieve several of these ailments, including indigestion. Rosemary has previously been authorized by Germany's Commission E as a natural cure for dyspepsia, however, its efficacy is currently being debated in the United States. However, it should be noted that there is currently no meaningful scientific evidence to support this claim.
