International School of Bremen
The International School of Bremen (ISB) provides English-language education from Kindergarten to Grade 12, leading to examinations with the University of Cambridge International General Certificate of Education (IGCSE) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). They are recognized as an IB World School and offer the IB Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12.
In addition to offering the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and International Baccalaureate (IB), ISB provides the opportunity to pursue British A-Levels. Students in grades 6 to 8 follow the Cambridge Checkpoint curriculum, establishing a solid educational foundation for a seamless transition to IGCSE and International Baccalaureate. For students aged 14 and above, ISB has recently introduced a new boarding facility featuring private, fully equipped rooms. The brand-new boarding facility provides private rooms with wifi, a kitchenette, ensuite bathrooms, and all necessary amenities. Students only need to bring their clothes, toiletries, and devices. Boarding is available for students from 14 years old. Their pastoral care team supports students in developing independent living skills, preparing them for university life and beyond. Students can engage with the community through local activities, sports groups, and high-quality activity programs.
