IOANID International High School
The brand IOANID was established in 2009 with a kindergarten and primary school. Later, they expanded to include the gymnasium and high school cycles, offering the Cambridge International and Romanian systems for classes before XII. The IOANID International High School, which focuses on addressing the current needs of teenagers, began operating in 2018.
The IOANID International High School has a maximum of 17 students per class and is highly respected by parents, students, and teachers. The school provides high-quality education tailored to both local and international communities. Instruction is conducted in both Romanian and English, following the National Curriculum.
Designed with more engaging learning experiences, the IOANID team is dedicated to creating interactive and stimulating lessons. They aim to engage high school students, enhance their education, and prepare them for the dynamic world ahead. Each learning space is transformed into a laboratory that leads the students in the middle of the subject taught through technology: video projectors, interactive boards, modular furniture, and teaching materials as practical as possible.
IOANID ensures that students have opportunities to continue their studies in the country or abroad, with pathways to enroll in international universities. The school also develops individual plans for high school students and guides them through the process of preparing for admission to top universities abroad, including applications and exams in their chosen fields.
The school counselors at IOANID involve students in volunteer programs that cover a variety of areas addressing social issues, such as mentoring students from partner centers or supporting teams caring for animals. Additionally, they conduct counseling and professional guidance workshops to help students identify their skills and make informed choices about their future careers.
