IOI City Mall

IOI Properties Group Berhad created the shopping center known as IOI City Mall, which debuted in November 2014 and is situated in Sepang District, Selangor, Malaysia. To lure about 1.8 million people from the southern corridor of Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kajang, Bangi, Seri Kembangan, Serdang, Puchong, Bukit Jalil, and Subang Jaya, it is positioned as a "mid-upper-class mall."

The mall's second phase opened on August 25, 2022, overtaking 1 Utama to become Malaysia's largest retail center, the largest mall in Southeast Asia, and the second-largest mall in the world.

Over 650 retailers in 2,500,000 square feet (230,000 square meters) of retail space at IOI City Mall serve residents of southern Klang Valley without requiring them to travel to Kuala Lumpur, the nation's capital.
