Iran Mall
The Iran Mall, one of the largest malls in the world, cultural, and social projects in the world, is situated in northwest Tehran, Iran, by Chitgar Lake. It is the largest mall in the world by area.
The seven-story, 317,000-square-meter multipurpose building was constructed on land. Its infrastructure area is 1,350,000 square meters in the first phase, and after all the development stages are finished, it will be 1,600,000 square meters. On May 1, 2018, the first phase, which has a gross leasable area of 267,000 square meters and 708 retail units, was inaugurated.
Iran Mall was built by 25,000 people and more than 1,200 contractors. In addition to being recognized by RLI as the most anticipated retail mall in 2017 in terms of size and places for services, culture, and entertainment, Iran Mall attended Mapic for three years (from 2015 to 2017). Iran Mall has finished the longest continuous concrete pour, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. Achieved between March 1 and March 6, 2018.
