Isfahan City Center
In Isfahan, Iran, there is a sizable shopping and entertainment complex called Isfahan City Center. It was among the largest malls in the world as of November 2012 and Iran's second-largest mall (behind Iran Mall). The cities of Sepahan Shahr and Baharestan, as well as the city of Isfahan, are close to the mall.
Masoud Sarrami created the mall through his company, Prestige Land Iran Co. Architect Medardo Cadiz of Cadiz International, Inc. created the mall. The Center, which was constructed in four phases, is about 465,500 square meters (5,011,000 square feet) in size and has a 5-star hotel, a mall with more than 750 stores, a museum, restaurants, airline offices, an indoor theme park with a roller coaster and bumper cars, an international financial center (IFC) and a World Trade Center (WTC), as well as an entertainment complex with seven movie theaters and a fairground.
