Huevos divorciados (divorced eggs) are a breakfast dish that consists of two fried eggs (one covered with green sauce and the other with red sauce) separated on a tortilla with refried beans. Garnachas, or tortilla-based foods, such as tlacoyos (filled with beans, meat, pork crackling, or fava and broad beans) and gorditas (thick corn tortillas stuffed with meats, cheese and more), are available for lunch and dinner. Tacos come in five different varieties.
