Jiji

If you like Hello Kitty, you'll probably enjoy this next cat character, Jiji, a black car character from the film Kiki's Delivery Service.

This film was released near the end of the 1980s and is still very entertaining. You can get some cute merchandise too.

Jiji is a charming and adorable black cat with large white eyes and pupils. His ears are iris purple on the inside. This endearing character first appeared in an animated film directed by the legendary Hayao Miyazaki in 1989. It is Kiki's pet cat and her closest companion in the movie. Jiji comes in two varieties: American and Japanese. The nature of both versions is contrasting. The American version is talkative and satirical and likes to act proudly, whereas the Japanese version is cautious and adorable, and is always respectful and helpful to Kiki.
