Pikachu is the most well-known cartoon character from the Pokémon franchise. It has yellow fur, is small, and has a tiny mouth. After Hello Kitty, Pikachu is the cutest and most beloved anime character from this anime TV series.
Ken Sugimori and Atsuko Nishida created it. In 1996, the popular cartoon character first appeared in the video games Pokémon Red and Green. Outside of Japan, these were released as Pokémon Red and Blue in 1998.
The character is a mouse-like character with electrical abilities and a yellow appearance. He is the most recognizable and well-known Pokémon species and is a huge part of the Pokémon franchise.
In terms of Japanese pop culture, this cartoon character is generally regarded as a national treasure.
