Know That This Is Not Your Fault
When someone makes you feel bad or when they are trying to get your compassion, it is simple to feel guilty. However, when a negative person acts in this way, it is never your fault. It's not your responsibility to try to persuade someone to change their minds; their thoughts, opinions, and ideologies are entirely their own.
It's not your problem when a negative person constantly behaves in this manner around you. In fact, you may just as easily ignore them completely or smile politely at them before moving on with your day. Avoid self-criticism; instead, choose positive thinking and spiritual separation from the concerns that a negative person brings up.
