Pick Your Thoughts and Attitude
How you think and feel is the key to positivity and negativity. You might be able to stand above a negative crowd if you learn to connect with these aspects of yourself.
Here are three methods you can try:
- Choose Your Attitude: Your mood for the day is entirely up to you. Don't allow yourself to feel down and out all day long because of a few negative people, which will ultimately result in a sharp decline in positive thinking.
- Use Affirmations or Mantras: Mantras and positive affirmations are beautiful. You may choose a certain word and repeat it to yourself continuously until you start to feel and believe it for real.
- Be Aware Of Thoughts: Keep a close eye on how your thoughts start to change when a negative person starts to affect you. What tends to trigger your most negative responses? How can you avoid them? How can you improve and redirect these thoughts?
