KPMG International Limited (or simply KPMG) is a worldwide professional services network based in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands that is one of the Big Four accountancy firms.

KPMG is a network of companies in 145 countries with over 236,000 employees and three lines of service: financial audit, tax, and advisory. It is headquartered in Amstelveen, Netherlands, but is incorporated in the United Kingdom. It further divides its tax and advising services into numerous service categories. Various segments of the firm's global network of affiliates have been embroiled in regulatory proceedings as well as litigation during the last decade.

Each national KPMG company is a separate legal entity that is a member of KPMG International Limited, a UK Limited Company based in London, United Kingdom. This structure, in which the Limited business exclusively offers support services to member firms, is similar to that of other professional services networks.
