RSM

RSM International is an international network of accounting companies that is the world's sixth-biggest accountancy professional services network in terms of revenue. RSM member companies are independent accounting and advising businesses, each of which works independently but is unified as part of the network.

The network is not a distinct legal entity of any kind in any country, and it does not provide services. RSM US, formerly known as McGladrey, and RSM UK, formerly Baker Tilly LLP, are the largest member firms. As of 2015, the network's member companies were all renamed as RSM.
