Lake Ohrid

Lake Ohrid, claimed to be Europe's oldest lake, is located on the Albanian-Macedonian border. Many visitors consider this to be one of the Best Diving Sites in Macedonia. In the region around Ohrid, about 250 archaeological sites have been unearthed, containing objects going back to the Neolithic period.
