Legend Golf & Safari Signature Course
The 18-hole Signature Course at the Legend Golf & Safari resort in South Africa was created by 18 experts. For example, each pro was assigned a hole to design, and Retief Goosen, a two-time US Open champion, created the 18th hole. The race is a whopping 8,500 yards long, yet it still manages to be a fun challenge with some spectacular vistas.
This course is well renowned for its par 3 Extreme 19th hole, so you've undoubtedly heard of it. The auxiliary par three hole has a tee that is so far up that it can only be reached by helicopter. After that, you hit a tee shot from 1,200 feet into a green shaped like Africa below.
