Les Ba’get
Owners Cat Huynh and Angie Dang started with a gourmet food truck before expanding to a brick and mortar Les Ba'get in Montrose, which they soon outgrew. Huynh now delivers more inventive meals, typically with a Texan twist, at the considerably bigger Les Ba'get in The Heights, where the two have since launched. You may order chef-created dishes such as a "bun rieu" crab and tomato omelet, lemongrass grilled bone marrow, and turmeric and lemongrass grilled hamachi collar in addition to his basic menu of banh mi sandwiches, pho, and rice vermicelli noodle bowls.
This eatery specializes in Vietnamese cuisine. At Les Ba’get, guests may enjoy perfectly prepared smoked brisket and delectable shrimp rolls. Trying delicious croissants, egg waffles, and ice cream is a delightful experience. This establishment will provide you with delectable wine, hitachino beer, or ale. Try some delicious fruit tea, Thai tea, or iced coffee. Choose from both indoor and outdoor sitting options. You might be surprised by the reasonable costs at this location. The magnificent decor and lovely ambiance make tourists feel at ease.
