Saigon Pagolac
Saigon Pagolac is one of the few restaurants in Houston that serves "Bo 7 Mon", or seven dishes of beef, a Southern Vietnamese delicacy. The seven dishes are priced at an unbelievable $17.95 per person and include the following: bo nhung dam, which is rare tenderloin cooked in vinegar at the table; bo nuong mo chai, which is grilled beef sausage balls wrapped in caul fat; bo la lot, which is grilled ground beef wrapped in betel leaf; bo cha dum, which is steamed beef meatball; bo sate, which is grilled beef slices seasoned with sate sauce; bo bit tet, or tenderloin slices served over salad; and chao bo, or beef alphabet noodle soup.
The restaurant is enormous, with large circular tables that can accommodate large groups. If you're looking for anything other than meat, try the entire grilled catfish. This establishment is well-known for its excellent service and pleasant employees, who are always willing to assist you. This restaurant provides delicious dishes at a reasonable price. Clients can relax at this place because of the nice décor and pleasant atmosphere.
