Little Korea Restaurant
Little Korea is all about high-quality food and service. One of the best parts of this restaurant is the massive menu. They have a lot of options for meats and sides alike. You can choose between meats such as lamb, pork, chicken, and beef. They even have a variety of cuts to choose from, so this is another restaurant worth coming back to so you can try more of the menu. Make sure to get one of their amazing sides while you’re here too. In comparison to the previous places, the portions here are frequently smaller. Those that wish to explore a range of dishes, on the other hand, may not find this to be an issue. A stir-fried meal comprising beef slivers, carrots, onions, mushrooms, wood ears, veggies, and glass noodles. It's incredibly good, and the noodles are transparent and chewy.
"Jeon" refers to traditional Korean pancakes prepared with flour, eggs, and scallions. Hae mool pa jeon (seafood pancake) contains shrimp, squid, and octopus parts. It has a delicate fluffy core and is delectably crunchy on the sides. With the scallions and chile pieces, the fish is fresh and delicately flavored. Despite its fiery appearance, the Kim Chi Jeon is not particularly spicy. This one contains kimchi, onions, and scallions. The stir-fried squid (Ojinguh Bokeum) is a flavorful mixture. Tender squid chunks boil in a spicy sauce with onions, scallions, and sesame seeds; it's delicious. The Mo Dum Ku Ee is a delectable meat and seafood feast. The pork shoulders and belly are also excellent. It's wonderful with the dipping sauce, with melty fats and soft flesh. Bulgogi translates to "fire meat" in Korean. There were plenty of beef chunks, mushrooms, carrots, onions, and glass noodles in the beef bulgogi. The steamboat arrives last, and the soup is really spicy (tongue-numbing). The seafood is very fresh. Dinner ends with a bowl of Sik Hae each and watermelon slices.
