Dakgalbi sets are the menu's centerpiece, with marinated chicken in a rich sauce obviously made with Korean gochujang chili pepper paste, paired with sliced potatoes, rice cakes, cabbage, leeks, noodles, and a plethora of other ingredients, in princely servings for two to four people. The creamy savouriness of the cheese matches the hot sting of the chili paste, resulting in numerous levels of flavor and texture. Everything works together, with the soft chicken providing protein, the crisp vegetables providing fiber, and the firm, substantial noodles providing the carb base that holds it all together.
