Management Development Institute of Singapore provides courses in Business and Management, Engineering, Fashion Design, Health and Life Sciences, Information Technology, Mass Communications, Nursing, Psychology, Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality Management, all of which are approved. These courses are offered in partnership with prestigious universities in the United Kingdom and the United States. MDIS has a long history of offering community and national training and educational services. The three-hectare MDIS Campus in Stirling Road houses 70 well-equipped classrooms, five computer laboratories, four life sciences laboratories, four engineering laboratories and workshops, three fashion labs, a psychology laboratory, a hospitality training center, a media hub (TV and radio studios), and the MDIS Bakery and Culinary Studio.

There is also an amphitheater on campus for art performances and other events, as well as well-equipped sports facilities like a gymnasium and badminton courts. The school has Wi-Fi, allowing students to access the Internet from anywhere on campus. MDIS also uses the Blackboard Learning System and video streaming technology to improve students' learning experiences by providing online access to lecture notes, learning tools, and recorded lectures at any time and from any location. MDIS also operates a learning center on Orchard Road called MDIS Dhoby Ghaut.
