Maryel School of New York is a prestigious private international and bilingual co-educational day school that educates kids from Nursery to Fifth Grade. Maryel, located in the heart of Manhattan, is a harmonic blend of the education systems of the United States and Spain. Maryel, founded in 2004 in Seville, Spain, strives to teach girls and boys "to be the best they can be and prepare them to thrive in their lives beyond Maryel by helping them trust that they are unique human beings who can accomplish anything."

Maryel's educational system is founded on two essential principles:
- Education in Two Languages: Maryel Dual Language is a type of education in which all students receive content teaching and literacy in two languages, English and Spanish.
- Multiple Intelligence Approach: Maryel's teachers watch their students from eight different angles. In recent years, new definitions of "intelligence" have gained popularity, significantly improving the evaluation of human competencies. By utilizing each of the eight intelligences, Maryel creates instructional strategies that maximize student achievement. Each learner varies in the strength of some intelligences relative to others, but we all experience and learn through these eight distinct intelligences. Maryel uses this method as the foundation for their pedagogy since no two pupils learn in the same way.
