Mburicao Restaurante
According to locals, the Mburicaó neighborhood was established in 1983 by Municipal Ordinance, and it gets its name from the stream that runs through it. Previously, Mburicaó's land belonged to both the old San Blás and the new Santa Rosa neighborhoods.
The Mburicao Restaurante has been entertaining guests since 1995, and it is located in a nice neighborhood. It's a location where the flavors, scents, and textures of Paraguay collide with those of France and Italy. Innovative meals like chicken with lemonade risotto and lamb payagua bring out the subtleties of South American ingredients in sophisticated presentations. Wood and mellow Mediterranean colors predominate in the warm and inviting ambience of the open dining room. Mburicao gets bonus marks for its collection of Koki Ruiz paintings, which cover the walls with flashes of color, vitality, and emotion.
