Mikkeller

One of Denmark's most popular brewers is known for its intense barley wines and imperial stouts, as well as modern art and exclusivity. Mikkeller was created in 2006 as a nomad brewing firm and is led by Mikkel Borg Bjergs.

After just over a decade, the company's beer is now supplied to nations all over the world and served in world-class restaurants such as Noma. The brand has genuinely gone worldwide, with pubs all throughout Europe and outposts in Japan, South Korea, Bangkok, and San Francisco.

Mikkeller has created a brewery in San Diego, in the former location of Alesmith, and has just launched an outlet at Citi Field in New York.

Mikkeller's Beer Geek Brunch Weasel Imperial stout, brewed with civet coffee, has won several awards. If you enjoy sour beers, the Mikkeller Spontan series will satisfy your cravings.
