Mirror Mirror

In "Mirror Mirror", there is a jealous and wicked queen (played by Julia Roberts). The Queen plots to seize power from Snow White (played by Lily Collins), who is the legitimate ruler of her land.

When a lovely prince (Armie Hammer) chooses Snow White over the Queen, the Queen - in her rage - orders her people to throw the princess into the forest so that the young girl would be eaten by terrifying beasts. Luckily, Snow White was soon rescued by a gang of miniature highway robbers. She swears to reclaim her kingdom from the evil Queen with the aid of her rescuers.

"Mirror Mirror" is a funny and bright retelling of the fairytale "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", which we have all been so familiar with. Actress Lily Collins is likable in her part, but it was Julia Roberts who stole the show with her excessively garish outfits. "Mirror Mirror" is as garishly stunning as you would expect if you have watched director Tarsem Singh's previous movies, 'The Fall' and 'Immortals'.
