Nathan's Bar

What better way to alleviate your post-quarantine social anxieties than a disco ball-strewn, TV-themed homosexual bar? Nathan's, just minutes away from Twist (and in the same building as the short-lived WaterLOO LGBT pub), is a significantly more laid-back option. Nathan's is long, thin, and charmingly quirky, with six-themed tiny table sections and limited outdoor seating. However, you and your pals will most likely spend the night rubbing shoulders with other hotties in the little space between the bar and the booths, which qualifies as a dancefloor in your eyes.

Nathan's
is a gay bar on Washington Avenue and 12th Street, one of the busiest strips on the beach, featuring decor based on vintage TV favorites with a twist, such as a big painting of the Pink Panther urging you to "send nudes." Take a seat on a comfy couch and peruse their drink menu, which will be far more eclectic than the Friends cast portrait you're sitting beneath. They have fun themes for almost every night of the week, like Pop Culture Mondays and Wednesday Sing-Alongs, and with well-priced beer deals and plenty of small appetizers, it's an easy venue to spend the majority of the night at. This is one of the best gay clubs in Miami for a hot night out.
