National Cancer Center
The National Cancer Center Hospital (NCCJ) was established in 1962 by the Ministry of Health and Welfare with the mandate to lead the nation's cancer treatment, prevention, control, research, and education programs.
Along with more than 3,500 excellent team members, including 600 doctors and 1,200 nurses, NCCJ has provided comprehensive clinical services to patients in two hospitals with 1,000 beds. The institute's 400 staff members carry out basic research.
