Navy Seals, USA
One of the best special forces groups in the world is the Navy Seals. When this crew killed Osama Bin Laden in Abbottabad in 2011, they quickly rose to popularity. The small-unit special operations missions that seals are trained to carry out can take place in marine, jungle, urban, arctic, hilly, and desert settings. In most cases, Seals are tasked with seizing or destroying important targets or acquiring information behind enemy lines.
Before training even begins, you must complete a minimum of 50 sit-ups in two minutes, 50 push-ups in two minutes, and 1.5 miles in 11 minutes. The greatest that the US has to offer is the Navy SEALs. The term "SEALs" is an acronym for special operators operating on the sea, air, and land.
Navy SEALs are divided into eight "Teams": 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10. SEAL Team 6 is also present, however, it is unnumbered. They have the greatest field trainers as well as cutting-edge technologies.
