Special Forces, USA
The United States of America's special forces are known as the United States Special Orientation Forces (SOF) (USA). It functions as part of the United States Armed Forces of the US Department of Defense. This special force has a far higher membership count than other special forces. Direct action, special reconnaissance, counterterrorism, foreign internal defense, unconventional warfare, psychological warfare, civil affairs, and counterdrug operations are just a few of the significant duties that this unit is involved in.
Their official motto is De oppresso liber (To Liberate the Oppressed), and their symbol is an arrowhead with a saber and three lightning bolts. They are also known as the Green Berets because of their distinctive military headgear, which was a request made by President Kennedy in the 1960s. Although the squad is composed of tough warriors, its snipers are said to be the deadliest killers. This Green Beret unit trains with the best in the USA for seven weeks.
