The imaginative operator behind the NOMAD concept brings more than 20 years of experience to Antigua's eating and social scene, having worked in the hippest restaurants of London and Dubai, as well as premium resorts and barefoot hangouts.

Karine Pecquet-Vidal has been important in the launch of several successful Antiguan businesses, including NOMAD, which opened in October 2018. This one-of-a-kind new venue was inspired by the ever-changing trends in the hospitality sector and named to reflect the diversity of its cuisine and clientele.

While the restaurant owner/operator is French, the unique globe-trotting menu provides an eclectic blend of flavors from many parts of the world using the best local products possible, a concept widely liked by residents and guests alike from the best hotels.
