Sheer Rocks was the inaugural Rocks Group restaurant, opening in 2010, and is now part of an expanding group of magnificent venues that includes Catherine's Cafe and Rokuni. Jamal Warner, Sheer Rocks' Head Chef, collaborates with Rocks Group Executive Chef Simon Christey-French to produce exquisite Mediterranean-inspired dishes centered on carefully selected and sustainably sourced products, utilizing the island's best and freshest ingredients.
