NordiTrack’s Speedweight

NordicTrack's Speedweight dumbbell set is comparable in shape and construction to the Bowflex. However, it is somewhat less cumbersome. This dumbbell also has a lower weight range.

To be more specific, its weights begin at ten pounds and increase in 2.5-pound increments up to fifty-five pounds. Adjusting the weight is a two-step operation: it includes a movable pull bar and a turn crank on the inner weight plate. The pull tab will shift in increments of ten pounds, while the dial will allow you to fine-tune your weight choices by 2.5 or five pounds.

While this procedure is more time-consuming than others, it results in a dumbbell that is less bulky and simpler to control throughout your exercise, which we believe is a worthy trade-off.

A slight drawback is that the pull buttons of these NordicTrack's Speedweight tend to get stuck on a handful of occasions. But they are easily twisted and modified, so such issues barely leave any major consequences.
