Plaja Corbu

Plaja Corbu is without a doubt one of Romania's most popular beaches, but that doesn't mean it's crowded! Plaja Corbu is a beach frequented by locals, although tourists prefer to visit the nearby beaches, owing to its status as a hidden gem. As a result, you'll be able to enjoy some peace and quiet while admiring the scenery.

If you're a fan of marine life, the waters surrounding here are teeming with brightly colored fish, and snorkeling with great visibility is easy to come by. Swimming is safe, and the beach is very wide, so there's plenty of room for kids to run around and expend some energy. When you've had your fill of the beach (impossible), go for a walk and explore the nearby ruins.
