Prezi
A web-based presentation tool called Prezi places a big emphasis on animation. Its output may need some imagination and design expertise, but it always outperforms the mainstream. Prezi offers a capability no other software has: presenting content over a user's video feed. It also assists in creating aesthetically attractive slideshows. Prezi is totally cost-free. In contrast to PowerPoint, which can be accessed from any web-enabled computer but is also a premium application and not available everywhere, Prezi offers worldwide access. Students who do not have the Office suite installed on their home PCs will appreciate this. Staff and students can simply create free Prezi accounts using their Facebook accounts.
The web-based program was created with people of all ages in mind. Any age group can successfully create and showcase new works thanks to the easy icon-based design tools. I've long advocated for educating young children how to utilize new technologies, and Prezi's user-friendly interface makes that task much simpler. Prezi does, as was already mentioned, require some technical design expertise, and when it is lacking, the results may not be as good. Because of its continual back and forth and in and out motion, it might make users feel queasy. Users must exercise caution while creating presentations because they can get very busy.
