Prime One Twelve

Prime 112, located in the historic Brown's Hotel, bills itself as the first modern steakhouse in the United States. While they can't vouch for that title, they can attest to the quality and inventiveness of each and every dish on this marvel of a beef-centric restaurant.

It would be a travesty not to begin your dinner at Prime One 12 with a sampling of the appetizer menu. Two of their favorites are the deviled eggs and prime steak tartare, which are enhanced by a tasty pre-dinner cocktail created by one of the experts at Prime 112's signature bar. Every steak on the Prime One Twelve menu is USDA Prime Beef and has been dry-aged for at least 30 days, making it ideal for fans of the highest quality cuts money can buy. If you’re looking for add-ons, potatoes are available in just about any conflagration you can imagine but they’re especially impressed by the sweet potato and vanilla bean mash, a desert and side all wrapped up into one.
