Punta Rata Beach
Punta Rata Beach is the area's larger beach, with smooth sand and clean water. Punta Rata Beach is a white pebble beach on a natural promontory that has been granted the "Blue Flag" for its excellent water quality. The extensive pine forests in the middle provide superb shade, especially in the summer. The sea is crystal clear and typically tranquil, which is ideal for families with children. A few recommended lodgings are located behind the beach, just a few steps away from the water. Tourists, residents, and families can all be expected. You can choose between cycling on unpaved trails or running along the seaside on foot.
Due to its location, Punta Rata Beach has views of the Biokovo mountain range, and if you go far enough, you'll come upon the Brela Stone. Get your phone ready to pose with a gigantic boulder that magically grows pine trees, because this is what everyone takes a shot in front of. You will most likely fly into Split, which is about an hour's drive northwest of Punta Rata.
