The first known brand Ralph Lauren is a famous brand for Polo shirts (collared t-shirts) founded in 1967 by the American fashion designer of the same name – Ralph Lauren. Ralph Lauren is very famous for the fashion line Polo and other clothing products, bags, shoes, accessories, and was once an iconic American brand, very popular in the late 1980s.

Ralph Lauren's fashion style varies from simple gym clothes to luxurious clothes, and is classic but very liberal and natural, which is typical of Americans. Ralph Lauren spans many different brands, but the Polo Ralph Lauren brand is still the best known.

In 1969, a Ralph Lauren boutique opened in Manhattan. This time, the brand released a line of women's clothing designed in the style of classic men's clothing. This is also the first time the Polo logo appears. By 2007, the brand had more than 35 stores in the US and retail locations in London, Milan, Tokyo and Moscow.
