Reduce the Emotional Extremes of the Roller Coaster of the Emotions

The roller coaster has steep hills that drop dramatically, middle hills, and lower hills. If possible, cycle only on lower hills. Of course, in order to ride a real roller coaster, you must ride them all. However, when it comes to your emotions, strive to keep them quieter.
