The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) is a medical professional and educational institution, as well as Ireland's first private university, RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences. It was founded in 1784 as Ireland's national body for surgical medicine, with responsibility for training oversight, and as of 2021, it provides a broad variety of medical education in different nations.
