Royal University of Law and Economics
The Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) is oldest higher education institution and one of the best universities in Cambodia, having been established in 1948. It is Cambodia's leading public university for law, economics, and management. Every year, RULE educates approximately 13 000 students in undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from four faculties: law, economics and management, public administration, and informatics-economics. The RULE campus is located in Tonle Bassac District, alongside Preah Monivong Boulevard.
RULE can rely on its French Cooperation Department to provide a quality education that meets international standards. The French Cooperation Department, which has strong partnerships with French and European universities, offers double-degree training programs ranging from bachelor's to master's degrees in a variety of law, economics, and management specialties. Various university training programs in business administration were established, rapidly developed, and recognized. The university had been proud to send many talented individuals to both the public and private sectors year after year. Alumni from the university are now employed in a variety of government ministries, private companies, and international organizations.
