Foreigners are robbed the majority of the time, and the majority of car-jacking cases are discovered here; some foreigners are even killed. Besides, take caution when approaching major border crossings, especially at night. There have been reports of armed carjackers. If possible, you can store them in hotel safes. Keep duplicates of important documents, such as passports, in a safe place. In the run-up to the holiday season in Lesotho, there is often an increase in criminal activity, particularly property crime. Take extra precautions and remain vigilant during this time.
